Banana Cream Pudding

Creamy, very smooth and YUMMY banana pudding.


Prep Time: Start to finish 15 Minutes

Banana Cream Pudding Ingredients:

3/4 cup Sugar
1/3 cup Flour
Pinch Salt
2 beaten eggs
2 cups scalded whole milk
1 Teaspoon Mexican Vanilla
2 Tablespoons Butter
2 Bananas
Vanilla Wafers

Banana Cream Pudding Instructions:
Mix sugar, flour and salt together. Add beaten eggs and the scalded milk. Mix well and put in non stick pot, add MEXICAN vanilla and butter. Cook until thick, stirring throughout cooking. In a deep bowl, place several whole vanilla wafers, put cut slices of bananas on top of each wafer. Pour half of pudding over the wafers and bananas, make another layer of wafers and bananas, pour balance of pudding and top with several more whole wafers.
