Peanut Butter Pie
This delicious peanut butter pie is made all the better with a touch of Mexican Vanilla.
Prep Time: 35 minutes
Peanut Butter Pie Ingredients:
Crust:
1 1/4 c. Chocolate cookie crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. margarine or butter
Filling:
1 8 oz pkg. cream cheese
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. white sugar
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine (softened)
1 tsp. Blue Cattle Truck Company Mexican Vanilla
1 c. heavy cream
Cookie crumbs
Peanut Butter Pie Instructions:
Pie Crust:
Mix pie crust ingredients and press into 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool.
Filling:
Beat cream cheese, peanut butter,sugar, butter and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream. Spoon into crust. Garnish with cookie crumbs. Refrigerate.
