Lemon Dessert

A perfect balance between sweet and tart, this recipe is outstanding!


Prep Time: approx 20 min.

Lemon Dessert Ingredients:
1 pkg. lemon cake mix
2 eggs
1/4 c. oil
1 c. coconut
1 c. nuts
1/4 tsp. almond extract
1 tsp. Meixcan Vanilla

Lemon Dessert Instructions:
Mix well. Pat into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Prepare 1 large package cooked lemon pudding. Pour over crust. When cool, top with Cool Whip and coconut as desired.
