Peanut Butter Cookies
Delicious Peanut Butter Cookies, great for any occasion, a favorite with the kids!

Peanut Butter Cookies Ingredients:
1 egg
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup chopped peanuts (optional)
1 tsp. Authentic Mexican Vanilla
Peanut Butter Cookies Instructions:
PREHEAT oven to 350°F.
Beat egg in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until foamy. Add remaining ingredients; beat until well blended.
SHAPE mixture into 1-inch balls. Place, 2 inches apart, on baking sheets. Flatten each ball with a fork.
BAKE 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool 1 minute; remove from baking sheets. Cool completely on wire racks.
