Wacky Cake
Don't let the name deceive you! This wondorous treat is great for any occasion!
Prep Time: approx 40 min
Wacky Cake Ingredients:
2 1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1 stick margarine, melted
1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 C. cold water
1 1/2 tsp. Mexican Vanilla
Wacky Cake Instructions:
Stir together all dry ingredients in mixing bowl. Add melted margarine, vanilla, and water. Mix well with water. Pour batter into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Batter will be thin.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
