Cheesecake
This glorious dessert is easy to make and cherished by all!
Prep Time: 2 to 3 hours
Cheesecake Ingredients:
8 oz. cream cheese
1 can sweetened condensed milk
8 oz Cool Whip
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. Mexican Vanilla
Cheesecake Instructions:
Beat cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until creamy and smooth. Add lemon juice and vanilla. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour into graham cracker crust. Chill 2 to 3 hours.
Top with cherry pie filling.
Makes 2 pies or one 9 x 13 inch pan.
